Job title: ER Case Advisor

Location: Scotstoun, Glasgow or Barrow-in-Furness: There will be a requirement to travel to other locations to support case meetings and case load across the UK businesses as required. Salary: Circa £39,200 Depending on skills and experience

What you'll be doing:

This is a specialist role providing advice, guidance and support to Line Managers and other stakeholders engaged in managing a wide range of ER case work across the UK case management operating modelEstablish effective working relationships to ensure that relevant stakeholders are engaged and informed at the appropriate stages in each case, working in partnership with members of the UK Case Coaching Team and other stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate and effective case workProvide balanced advice that is legally compliant & in line with company policy to managers, and employees in order to manage riskBuild and maintain effective relationships and will work collaboratively with stakeholders both within and outside of the Case Coaching Team in line with Case Coaching initiativesPromote a positive ER culture within the business, meeting business requirements through managing and prioritising a high volume case loadProvide support & contribute to changes and developments in technology solutions, policy & process to ensure the continuous improvement of the efficiency of the serviceWork with key stakeholder groups to continuously improve line leader capability by challenging, influencing and supporting managers in a way that increases their knowledge, understanding and ability to manage ER cases effectivelyYour skills and experiences:HR background, and experience of ER and deep working knowledge of Case management policies and processes is essentialExperience of building and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders such as the Trade Unions and Employee Representative GroupsExperience in managing complex ER cases and risk mitigation, supporting a values led culture, showing competency in interpreting Case Management data to draw out actionable insights that create value for the HR Teams and BusinessesBenefits:

The Employee Relations team:

The ER Case Advisor vacancy sits within the Head Office Employee Relations business, part of Group HR. This is a fantastic opportunity reporting into the Case Manager, providing the business with coaching, advice and support to a variety of stake holders across a wide range of ER matters.
