We recently recruited for the Mental Capacity project in the service which works alongside the locality team taking care of the Mental Capacity Assessments, freeing up your workload and allowing you to dedicate your focus to the pure safeguarding elements of the role.

Supportive and Experienced Team:
Our client's friendly team conducts daily huddles to discuss cases, fostering a close-knit and collaborative atmosphere. Our managers, some with 15-20 years of experience in the authority, are always available to provide guidance and support.
Regular Development Conversations:
Managers meet every two weeks to discuss training needs and implement support measures promptly. Your professional development is our priority.
Flexible Working Arrangements:
Enjoy a mix of working from home and office attendance.
Typically, you'll need to be in the office once a week when on duty, although this can vary between teams.
Immediate Interview and Start:
