Description
Key responsibilities of a Purchase Ledger Clerk include but are not limited to:
- Processing high volumes of invoices
- Investigating invoices thoroughly ensuring correct suppliers are paid.
- Speaking to suppliers and dealing with queries
- Maintaining positive relationships with clients and customers
- Ensuring timely payments are made
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies related to invoices and payments.
- Assisting Finance team with ad hoc duties
Profile
- completed a similar role previously
- An educational background in finance, or strong interest in the sector
- A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to work.
- A strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
