They are now seeking experienced Wholesale Managers to join one of the most celebrated breweries in the UK
With a focus on the Independent Free Trade, you will have the opportunity to grow the Birmingham & West Midlands region, or the North West Region, depending on where you live and make it your own.
Representing the client, you will be the Account Manager for existing wholesale customers along with sourcing and negotiating new business deals with other brewers to ensure you are growing distribution within your regionYou will be expected to
Partner with wholesalers and their sales team to drive brand reach across your defined sales region
Company KPI's and individual KPis and other relevant targets
effective commercial negotiations with customers ensuring the deal is commercially viable and that all aspects of agreed deals are timely and well executed
sound understanding of a range of On-trade Customers
experience of working with Distributors to drive total RTM growth would be a distinct advantage.
In order to do this you will need to have
3+ years of sales experience in the drinks industry
Knowledge of the wholesale distribution sector
Ideally a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent salary and benefits on offer, plus bonus
