About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse at Blue Care, you will provide person-centred care to your residents or clients, ensuring a safe environment and applying your clinical skills to improving their quality of life through activities that include:
- Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope
- Consider physical, social and psychological requirements
- Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs
- Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met
- Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members

What you'll need:
- Minimum of two (2) years Registered Nurse experience within an aged care setting (three (3) years experience required for Permanent Residency)
- Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
- Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously.
- General nursing experience, post-registration
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
- Evidence of COVID Vaccinations
- Driver's licence (only required for community / in-home care positions)
