Our client is a leading national law firm with a stellar reputation for excellence in commercial law, infrastructure, projects and public-private partnerships (PFI/PPP). Our diverse team of legal professionals is dedicated to providing comprehensive and strategic legal counsel to clients across various industries, from infrastructure and construction to healthcare, public sector and education.

Responsibilities:

Advise clients on a wide range of commercial and public sector infrastructure projects, including public-private partnerships (PFI/PPP) and infrastructure development.

Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including project finance documents, construction contracts, and procurement agreements.

Provide legal guidance on regulatory compliance, risk management, and dispute resolution related to commercial projects.

Collaborate closely with clients, project stakeholders, and government entities to ensure successful project delivery and mitigate legal risks.

Stay abreast of industry trends, legislative developments, and best practices in commercial law and PFI transactions.

Requirements:

Qualified solicitor with up to 10 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial law, with a focus on projects and infrastructure.
Strong understanding of public-private partnerships (PFI/PPP) and project finance structures.
Experience advising clients on a broad spectrum of commercial projects, preferably within a reputable law firm or corporate legal department.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
