Day Porter

We are currently seeking a Day Porter to join our esteemed team at Cliveden House. This role is integral to maintaining the smooth operation of our hotel during daytime hours, ensuring that guests are greeted with a warm welcome, and their needs are met promptly and efficiently. We are looking for an individual with strong organisational skills, a commitment to excellent service, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a luxury hospitality setting.

Our ideal candidate should:

  • Have experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, assisting with luggage, deliveries, and any special requests
  • Embrace a hands-on approach, ensuring public areas are well-presented, and addressing any maintenance or operational issues that arise
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with guests and colleagues
  • Show a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism throughout the hotel
  • Display strong organisational skills, managing multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Be adaptable and able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Exhibit a passion for hospitality and a dedication to delivering outstanding service at Cliveden House.Top of Form
