What you'll be doing:
- Authoring and approving of on and off aircraft task definitions within the aircraft system of record. Ensuring compliance with approved data and the company process
- Working with Fleet Planning, Demand Management, Part 145 organisation(s), Technical Services, Airworthiness Records and third party suppliers in order to deliver the required standards of continuing airworthiness and contract delivery
- Ensuring changes in the Customer's requirements are reviewed for impact on the Maintenance Tasking & Verification activity and implemented appropriately, e.g. Fatigue Life limits, Capability upgrades, Customer-approved modification programmes, etc.
- Assisting the Data and Assurance Lead with the management of the Storage Maintenance Plan
- Supporting the organisation by providing assistance to the Engineering Logistics Portal (ELP)
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Recent in-depth experience within a Maintenance & Support environment, including direct experience of supporting or maintaining fleets of aircraft, including technical management, planning or scheduling
- Knowledge of complex motor-powered aircraft systems and its associated support equipment, preferable Hawk AJT aircraft
- Thorough knowledge of interaction between Pt 145 and Pt M organisations
- Demonstrate an understanding of Fleet Planning, Maintenance Tasking & Verification and Demand Management
- Comprehensive understanding of current IT software packages (Electronic System of Record) used within the Maintenance Tasking & Verification discipline
Desirable:
- Detailed understanding of Safety and Quality Management
- Understands the Regulatory Framework and its applicability to the Maintenance Tasking and Verification processes and activities

The Continuing Airworthiness Records team:
The role is part of the Qatar Hawk Continuing Airworthiness Management Support Service (CAMSS) and is based at RAF Leeming. As a part of this team you will be responsible for off aircraft Task Definition Engineering and will assist the wider team with on aircraft. Creation, authoring and obsoleting of Off Aircraft Requirement Task Definitions within the Integrated Maintenance Solution (IMS) toolset Maintenix.
