About the Role:As a Corporate Services Assistant Manager, you will be an integral part of our client's audit and corporate services department. Your responsibilities will include conducting high-quality audits, preparing accounts, and ensuring tax compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from small to large businesses within the local area.

This role involves regular visits to clients' premises, remote work, and gaining a deep understanding of each business's operations and unique challenges.

Effective communication with clients regarding their financial and business procedures is crucial. Additionally, you will play a key role in mentoring the team and fostering their professional growth.

Your responsibilities will also encompass the organization and readiness of working papers and files for associate and partner review, reflecting your dedication and accountability for your work.

About You:The ideal candidate for their team would possess the following qualifications and traits:
  • Qualified ACA/ACCA, plus 1+ year post
  • qualification experience
  • Excellent working knowledge of UK GAAP and necessary disclosures for small and medium
  • sized companies
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team, while also mentoring others
  • Familiarity with the ISAs and experience in planning audit work
  • Comfortable communicating with clients when necessary
