We have a wonderful opportunity to join our friendly team of Experienced Care Co-ordinators supporting our Care in the Home division. You will be providing apremium customer service, co-ordinating and scheduling our care packages to enable our clients to receive continuity of care in their own homes.

Our care in the home services support children, young people and adults with a wide range of conditions, including: brain injury, spinal cord injury, neurological conditions and neurodegenerative diseases, respiratory conditions and gastro-intestinal conditions, includingpercutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) feeding.

What you'll be working:

9am until 5:30pmPart of the on-call rota, Monday to Thursday or Friday to MondayWhat you'll be doing:Inbound and outbound calls to both clients and workers to check welfare and the cover of shiftsKeeping the Team Leader updated with anything business critical that happens withinthe team dailyEnsure that compliance with company policies and procedures is maintained in all locations and that each service achieves exacting standards of regulatory compliance specifically continuity of care, commissioned vs delivered, safeguarding and complaintsAbility to provide and receive complex, sensitive, and contentious information and communicate effectively with staff at all levels, including those who use our services and members of the publicIdentifying and collaborating on innovative ideas, demonstrating vision, and supporting creative, flexible, and responsive workplaceAlways develop and deliver best practice and ensure that workloads are met in a timely mannerCompetently represent the company and maintain/develop positive relationships with internal and external stakeholdersWhat you'll have:Experience as a Care Co-OrdinatorPrevious experience of using booking and phone systemsAbility of dealing with conflict in a claim and supportive mannerStrong work ethic is essential, as is a dynamic and flexible approach to the roleExcellent customer service skillsBe able to work as a team, alone and think outside of the boxExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to learn and developSuccessful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS We also want to ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable facilities to participate in job applications or interviews to perform essential job functions.
