Automation Engineer - Financial Services - Long Term Contract.

Mobile (Android & IOS) Business Unit – working on an SMS Capture project & to holistically support the mobile space (Device, Recovery, Carrier)

Some Mobile compliance-based activity requires manual processing by the Operations team and even with scripts to run it takes to much human time to manage their execution. Example: A device wipe of 10k users will take 10 hours to execute across all 3 regions

Role Description:

The Corporate Mobile organization forms part of Employee Experience Technology (EET) and is responsible for the Bank's Mobile strategy, managing a portfolio of mobile products and services including mobile applications for over 80,000 employees and devices globally.

A requirement has arisen within the Corporate Mobile team for a Mobile automation Engineer / developer to drive significant automation related improvements

Including but not limited to

· Automation and provisioning of group onboarding / offboarding

· Automated removal of user accounts within Mobile MDM

· Sending and tracking MDM commands to devices e.g. Mass Device wipes

· Querying / processing datasets from SQL

· Changing user status between Regulated/Non-regulated)

· Device Refresh input and Clean-up

Essential Skills

o Experience of both Apple and Android Enterprise Management technology (Apple Business Manager

o Automation experience with PowerShell, and Python

o Experience in creating REST APIs and WMI information for remote servers/processes,

o knowledge of Mobile operating systems

Nice to have Skills

o Experience of development activities on Blackberry UEM / Good Dynamics environment

o Knowledge / experience of working on other mobile MDM environments – Intune

o Policy structure and management via MDM for enterprise grade mobile solutions

o Any additional development experience with C# of benefit
