Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and some knowledge of ERP systems are essential. Experience in an engineering or manufacturing setting is a plus. Responsibilities:

• Obtaining quotes and comparing prices
• Processing purchase orders
• Arranging subcontract services
• Managing order documentation
• Coordinating with suppliers
• Resolving finance queries

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience in manufacturing or similar environments
• Familiarity with MRP systems
• Prior involvement in purchasing activities
• Attention to detail and effective communication
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
