This role is responsible for the transactional finance function for one or more of our UK/US TT Electronics' sites, including;
Cash & treasury reportingFixed & intangible asset reportingLease accountingAccruals & prepayments Payroll reportingIntercompany recharging & reportingVAT return preparation and submission to HMRC General ledger reconciliations & reviewsAssisting Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and PayrollPosting appropriate transactions to ledgers and review transactions posted by the Finance teamPrepare, submit and review HFM management accounts for actual monthly dataMaintaining management accounting processesTax data reportingLiasing with external & internal auditorsAd-hoc duties as advised by FSC & Site Leads

The successful candidate must:

Be part / fully finance qualifiedHave Intermediate / advanced Excel, Power Point and Word skillsHave excellent understanding and working knowledge of accounting and reporting systems and regulatory frameworkExcellent problem solving & analytical skillsShow the ability to support business planning in a shared service environmentHave good communication skillsBe proactive and be able to take initiativeHave the ability to work to strict deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy

Proficiency in multiple ERP systems, experience working in a US environment and experience working in the manufacturing industry would be an advantage.

Must have flexibility around working hours to accomodate the US around the Financial period close periods.
