The Securities Markets & Client SVP Data Lead Analyst role is aligned with the business within Citi's Chief Data Office (CDO) in the Chief Operating Office (COO) organization.

The COO's goal is to lead the firm's transformation efforts, driving client excellence, operational efficiency, and returns.

Within COO, the CDO team is focused on transforming and strengthening the firm's data, modernizing data infrastructure, simplifying the data operating model, and executing strategic priorities.

The CDO sets and enforces data-related policies and standards across Citi, empowering the firm to take ownership of data governance and management.

The CDO comprises four functional groups:

  • Business Aligned Data Leads
  • Core Data Delivery
  • Data Enablers
  • Data Functions & Partners

This Senior Vice President (SVP-C14) role is within the CDO's Securities, Markets, and Client Data Lead group, focusing on delivering Consent Order Use Cases, particularly in Article V.

You will be the primary interface with the Services & Markets Business, coordinating requirements and execution, and collaborating with SM&C Technology and Global Functions (Finance, Risk, Operations, and Compliance).

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and maintain a cohesive project plan and artifacts across various stakeholders
  • Define business and data requirements in alignment with external regulators' commitments
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when needed
  • Report progress to ensure delivery of regulatory commitments
  • Handle adhoc requests, upcoming projects, and communications for deliverables

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in defining and implementing Business Transformations or Data projects in a global bank or Big Four consulting firm
  • Knowledge of capital markets trade processing and corporate banking transaction processing
  • Data management expertise including Lineage, ADS, Master Data, Data Controls, Analysis, Insights

Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills with experience leading teams
  • Track record of effective communication and driving results across global organizations
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions
  • Quick grasp of new concepts and requirements
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and deliver high-quality work

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, data, or information management related discipline preferred
