Newcastle upon Tyne, Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom Sage Full time

Our graduates will be encouraged to learn and experiment in their work as part of a continuous innovative community. Our colleagues are passionate about our customers and support each other to leverage their skills and know how.

The role

Throughout the 2-year Graduate programme and your career at Sage, we want you to be enthusiastic about your personal development, and continuously learn new things to strive for excellence. We expect a lot from our Graduates and will encourage you to bring innovative ideas to add real value for our customers, in an environment where ambition for future progression is rewarded.

What are we looking for?

We are open to all backgrounds, however there are a few skills and experiences that will help you thrive. You'll need to be a Graduate, and whilst we're open to different degree disciplines, these roles are ideal for Computer Science graduates (or similar). You'll also have tech skills, such as coding experience, but with a wealth of different products, we're not set on which coding language you use as long as you're willing to learn.

You'll also be
  • Able to demonstrate a passion for tech, with skills to match.
  • A keen eye for detail and an inquisitive mind to help problem solve.
  • You'll be resilient and determined, able to work in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • As part of a global business, you'll be an effective communicator, able to collaborate with people from across the world.

We have roles available in both Newcastle and Manchester. You'll be in the office at least 2 days a week so will need to live in (or be willing to relocate to) an easily commutable distance.

What you can expect from the process

1. Apply online with CV

2. Complete screening and video interview (You will receive a link to complete a video interview within 1 week of applying)

3. If successful at video interview stage, you will be invited to attend an assessment centre in the summer.

4. Successful candidates will join us on 1 October 2024

Please note that due to the high volume of application, there will be a delay in receiving a response from your video interview. We thank you for your patience.

Here at Sage, we are committed to inclusivity for all, so if there any adjustments that would help you thrive in the application process or beyond, please reach out to us
