Biology Technician

Applications are invited for the position of Biology Technician. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a vibrant and ambitious Science department with a team of technicians.
The post is a part time role, 2-3 day per week, term time only as part of a job share. Key tasks will include preparing, setting out and clearing away equipment and materials for lessons and co-curricular activities (including checking and/or calibrating equipment) in accordance with required timescales. You would be expected to trial, and assist teaching staff in trialling, any experiments prior to lessons, as well as assist the teacher during lessons to support with practical work.
