As a vital member of a school Leadership Team, the SENCO will lead the provision of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) support. You will work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external partners to ensure the needs of all students are met effectively. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategies to support students with diverse needs, fostering an inclusive learning environment, and ensuring compliance with the SEND Code of Practice.

We are seeking candidates with a proven track record of exemplary teaching and a detailed understanding of the SEND Code of Practice. Experience working effectively with local authorities and supporting the additional needs associated with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) pupils is essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate high aspirations for themselves and others, a commitment to ongoing development, and the ability to build strong rapport with students.
