This is an amazing opportunity for a Retoucher with advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Capture One, who is passionate about visual arts and retouching as a specialism.

You will be responsible for owning assigned projects from concept to final delivery, including providing creative suggestions and solutions to improve visual content – putting you at the heart of our rapid growth into a billion-dollar global business.

This role is genuinely important to our business performance – retouching assigned campaigns, lifestyle, product campaign images for global distribution.

Our team and remit is rapidly growing with the business, and the opportunities to test and learn, educate and build relationships are endless

We operate in a fast paced, agile working environment which creates opportunities for anyone who wants to enhance their skillset alongside the BAU activities.

The Hybrid working pattern features a minimum of three days a week at our global HQ in Solihull, UK.

And here's what we are looking for from you:

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Capture One.

Ability to follow creative direction whilst showing your own initiative on projects.

Ability to work both independently and as part of the team

Time management and organizational skills

Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills

A methodical approach and a strong eye for detail

Knowledge of digital imaging flows.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Previous relevant industry experience.

Willing to challenge and be challenged.

Willingness to give and receive effective feedback.
