Industrial Steam Boiler Engineer required to join a class leading Boiler Manufacturer. to GBP47k plus fantastic benefits package to be based in the Surrey / Sussex - (bottom of M25) area.

Our client has been established for 60+ years and is a leading Manufacturer of Steam and Electrical Boilers covering the UK and Europe.

Due to growth and ongoing contract awards they are now looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer who has a background with Steam Boilers in an Industrial environment, ideally also with some Electrical and controls capabilities.

Type of sites

Covering a number of industrial sites such as Hospitals, Large Commercial Buildings, Pharmaceutical and food manufacturers to name but a few.

Location

The majority of the work will be in the Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire and South London area.

Requirements

Experienced Commercial Gas Engineer / Industrial with a Steam Boiler background having worked in similar environments.

Experience in fault finding, strip downs, re-builds, maintenance and commissioning of Boiler systems up to 1.5Mw. Some familiarity with manufacturers such as Weishaupt, Cochrane, Byworth etc beneficial.

GAS SAFE - COCN1, CORT, CIGA, ICPN1, TCP1, CONGLP1PD, BMP1CDGA

UK Driving license

Salary and Benefits

  • Basic salary around GBP45k plus GBP2k London Waiting
  • Overtime available at time and a half / double time etc
  • Door to Door travel is paid
