We're looking for a high performing ambitious Forecasting Analyst, to join our Forecasting and Reporting team, who's excited to develop their finance career at PepsiCo. This role will be based at our Head Office in Reading.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Forecasting and Reporting Manager and Snr Reporting Analyst in the coordination of accurate and on-time monthly, quarterly and annual reporting process for UKI BU.
  • The role plays a key part in the delivery of our financial KPI's, ensuring timely and accurate planning, reporting and analysis.
  • Support the monthly close of Topline Commercial/Brand Revenue and Volume reporting processes.
  • Provide support for post SAP implementation financial reporting and reviewing controls and data interfaces from SAP to HFM.
  • Maintain sound financial/Management reporting controls including reporting system reconciliations.
  • Co-ordinate the topline forecast process including providing comms on timelines and deadlines.
  • Work collaboratively to embed and support the ongoing IBP process.
  • Support the AOP process through managing data inputs and ensuring appropriate tools are available.
  • Lead standardisation of forecast process tools and templates.
  • Play a key role in the team's drive for accuracy in both reporting and forecasting.
  • Drive contiuous improvements including simplifications, process or control remediations.
  • Being flexible for other ad-hoc tasks, including team related initiatives, projects, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and a professional accounting qualification (FQ) - ACA / ACCA / CIMA.
  • Knowledge of SAP/Mosaic would be preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent & effective communicator.
  • Pro-active, disciplined and analytical approach to all work undertaken.
  • Attention to detail while maintaining an appreciation of materiality.
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and balance competing priorities.
  • Confident with excel and generally competent in using IT systems.
  • Flexible working style.
  • Keen to learn with good problem solving skills.
  • Strong coaching skills, team player mentality.
