MHS are seeking to appoint a hardworking, flexible and enthusiastic HLTA. The successful candidate would join us in a busy school environment promoting ambition, inclusion and high expectations in line with our ASPIRE values.

The post holder is required to have experience working with pupils with Behavioural, Emotional & Social Difficulties, ASD, Moderate learning difficulties and Specific Learning Difficulties. The post holder will be expected to provide support to these pupils during exam periods, as well as conducting cognitive assessments using GL testing products.

The successful candidate will also oversee and take responsibility for the Young Carers Programme to support the wellbeing of the young carers in school by organising, planning and running of different activities which include off site activities and visits.

Milford Haven is situated on the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast in an area where housing is inexpensive and the quality of life is second to none. We are an 11-16 school with over 1100 pupils on roll and is continuing to increase in future years.
