YOUR ROLE

  • Responsibility for WSSI, driving key findings based on performance and reviewing consistently.
  • Planning budgets by category and option count based on business goals.
  • Reviewing and actioning sales forecasts, analyzing best and worst sellers, and making recommendations for the brand.
  • Monitoring buying and gross profit margins, providing recommendations to drive business impact.
  • Building strong relationships with other business areas to ensure goals are met through collaboration.
  • Demonstrating commercial awareness and driving team development.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have experience at Merchandiser level in fast-paced retail.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities.

  • Experience in leading and developing junior team members.
  • Organizational skills and ability to work within tight deadlines.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
