Are you a leader in the IT world, looking for a new challenge in your career? Do you have demonstrable experience in running an IT Helpdesk? Have you previously been responsible for managing a team within an IT function? Interested in working for a company who support the development of your career? If so, I have a fantastic opportunity for you
I'm looking to speak with individuals who can manage IT budgets and plan equipment upgrades and replacements. You will be able to work in conjunction with other members of the organisation, both IT and non-IT focused. You must be able to successfully take the lead on IT projects and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership to the IT staff within your teamEffectively run the IT Helpdesk ensuring that it is as efficient as possibleCollaborate with your team and colleagues from the wider businessTake the lead on all IT projects, working with stakeholders from across the businessManage the budgets for the IT teamMaintain a knowledge of IT equipment, planning upgrades and replacements when requiredThe Ideal CandidateTeam player with a willingness to lead from the frontExcellent organisational skillsStrong stakeholder management skillsFlexible and adaptable approach to tasksSelf-motivated with a desire for continuous improvementDesired experience with:Office 365Active DirectoryHyper-V If you would like to be considered for this role, apply below or get in contact with Andrew Rose for further details.
