Our client are looking for a Senior Account Manager, who must have a Digital Agency background. The client have an office in Northamptonshire and offer the option to work remotely two days a week.
Duties:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients.
- Working closely with the Project Management and Delivery Teams to ensure that clients expectations are met, whilst remaining on budget.
- Preparation and presentation of reports to clients.
- Addressing and resolving client challenges and issues.
Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role within a Digital agency.
- Experience of account managing E-commerce businesses.
- Practical knowledge in the workings of WordPress websites.
- A strong understanding of digital marketing principles and how they are best delivered.
- A demonstrable knowledge of SEO is essential with PPC knowledge a bonus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert data into meaningful information to clients.
