Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse seeking a leadership position in a Clinical Research project in Bristol?

We are thrilled to present an outstanding opportunity for a dedicated Nurse at GP World, specifically at a Band 5/6 level or higher. This distinctive position is for a Nurse Delivery Lead based in Bristol, offering flexible hours for both full-time and part-time availability, with an immediate start for this locum role.

Assuming a pivotal role, you will lead the daily delivery of exceptional quality care, ensuring the achievement of all clinical governance and compliance targets. Your expertise in Phlebotomy adds significant value as you actively participate in a meaningful clinical research project, with the goal of creating a lasting impact on healthcare outcomes in the South West.

Requirements

  • NMC Registration
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Relevant experience as Lead Nurse
  • Responsible for the provision of clinical leadership
  • Responsible for staff attendance and scheduling
  • First point of escalation for operational queries

Desired skills encompass independence, effective decision making, strong communication abilities (including delivering difficult news), efficient time management, and knowledge of risk management, job planning, and appraisal review processes.
