Maintenance Planner - Salary up to £35,000

Trevett Services are excited to be working on behalf of a growing London based FM and Engineering company who due to internal company expansion are looking to bring in a Maintenance Planner/Coordinator to join their Mechanical Engineering team.

This is a full time, permanent role with excellent career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Planner:

  • Assist with planning PPM schedules, maintenance requests and small projects works
  • Scheduling Engineers, equipment and materials effectively to minimise downtime on jobs
  • Monitor contracts and projects for PPM compliance, reactive works response time and call-out attendances
  • Attend department meetings, taking minutes and distributing agendas as required
  • Working collaboratively with engineering team and wider department to provide a range of Maintenance administration duties

Qualifications required for the role of Maintenance Planner:

  • NVQ or relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Business Management
  • Experience in a similar role within engineer planning or coordinating is essential
  • Able to pick up new systems and company procedures quickly
  • Good attention to detail and comfortable working with data
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft excel with good overall IT skills

Due to site location, it is essential you have a full driving license with access to your own vehicle.

This is a full time, permanent role with ample opportunity for future growth within the company. Salary is up to £35,000 per annum working Monday to Friday, 9 - 5.
