The main purpose of your role will be to support individuals who have a disability and/or additional support needs with all aspects of their daily living, e.g. shopping, finances, cooking, housework and personal care.

With the individuals we support also enjoying various hobbies and interests, you may also find yourself getting involved in arts & crafts, gardening, going to the cinema, meals out, swimming, discos and going for walks to name a few.

About You

You don't need experience to join our team, we recruit on values and transferrable skills. We'll pay you for your training and give you all the practical skills that you'll need. We'll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) and SSSC registration too

All we need you to bring is: -

  • Active listening skills
  • Great communication skills
  • A positive approach to learning
  • Confidence in the use of computers

Sound interesting? Well what are you waiting for? Apply today We're waiting to hear from you.

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy.

Have any questions? If you'd like to find out more, please contact Robyn Broadley on .

If you're successful in joining our team, we will need you to register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting your employment with us.
