Job Description:

We are currently seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to work with one of our clients based in East Kilbride. This temporary role will be for 3-6 months however may lead to a permanent position.

The Role:

  • Act as the first point of contact for suppliers.
  • Answer and log supplier queries via telephone or email.
  • Allocate and resolve supplier queries within SLAs.
  • Record query trends and suggest process/system improvements.
  • Support suppliers in using the supplier portal confidently.
  • Reduce errors in internal systems related to supplier uploads.
  • Approve new and existing products on internal systems.
  • Facilitate the CPI process for local suppliers.
  • Assist the Supplier Management Team with day-to-day tasks.
  • Prepare reports and presentations.
  • Conduct sales and waste analysis.

Your holiday pay is in addition to the pay rates quoted. Holiday pay builds up with every hour worked and is kept in your holiday fund, it can be used to provide pay when holidays are taken. You will never lose your holiday fund with Escape as any remaining balance will be paid to you at the end of your assignment."
