Our client, a healthcare company, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide high-level administrative support to a senior-level manager. This part-time role, based in Truro, is essential for ensuring the smooth running of daily tasks. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking and handling tasks with discretion and confidentiality.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 11am - 5pm

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for the senior manager.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Assist in organising events, meetings, and conferences, including venue booking and logistics coordination.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality on all personal and professional matters.
  • Provide ad-hoc support and stay updated on relevant trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative support or as a personal assistant.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Proactive approach and ability to work independently.
