About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a high-end residential project in Islington, starting on the 19th of August. This is a prestigious 1.2 million project with a reputable construction firm, offering you the chance to showcase your leadership and project management skills over a 20-week period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with residents in the area, addressing any concerns and maintaining good relations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Requirements:

  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
  • Black CSCS Card
  • 3-Day First Aid at Work certification
  • Asbestos Awareness certification
  • Hot Works certification
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with residents and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience managing high-end residential projects.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.
