About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a high-end residential project in Islington, starting on the 19th of August. This is a prestigious 1.2 million project with a reputable construction firm, offering you the chance to showcase your leadership and project management skills over a 20-week period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.
- Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with residents in the area, addressing any concerns and maintaining good relations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Requirements:
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
- Black CSCS Card
- 3-Day First Aid at Work certification
- Asbestos Awareness certification
- Hot Works certification
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with residents and stakeholders.
- Proven experience managing high-end residential projects.
- Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.
