The firm has an ambitious expansion plan for the next five years. and we are seeking an exceptional individual to join the team who can contribute to the firm's growth. We are currently recruiting for an experiencedsolicitorto join our London-based team, on a full-time and permanent basis. The role is office-basedand the successful candidate would be expected to work from the office on a full-time basis The successful candidate will join a dynamic and exceptionally busy team that deals with international commercial and civil litigation, insolvency and property litigation predominantly.The successful candidate will work alongside one of the Partners based in the London office.

Role summary

Due to the development and expansion of the firm immigration department, we are now seeking to appoint an experienced immigration solicitor. The Immigration Solicitor will be a passionate and ambitious legal professional with at least 1-2 years PQE running a healthy caseload of Immigration matters for their clients.

Key Responsibilities

Handling privately funded immigration caseloads

Manage and develop client relationships including the day-to-day communication with clients and contact with our clientsPrepare a variety of personal immigration applications in addition to providing advice on complex UK immigration, appeals and litigation issuesStrong delivery of work with a good ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAdvising on all right-to-work matters, sponsor license applications and compliance issues The Successful Applicant
