Role: HR Advisor
Salary: 30,000 per annum + benefits
Location: Hybrid working - Cardiff based office (with the expectation to travel to additional sites when required)

As a HR Advisor, you will work in partnership with a team of HR Advisors to supporting the day to day running of the HR function. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR generalist tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise line managers and department heads on HR policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, placing adverts, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection.
- Proactively manage HR inboxes.
- Conduct employee meetings for inductions, probationary reviews, flexible working requests, and family leave.
- Assist in organisation-wide absence management, including reporting and early-stage meetings.
- Welcome and onboard new recruits.
- Collate and report management information.
- Support senior HR team members in grievance or disciplinary procedures.
- Attend university career fairs
What you'll need:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or be working towards) or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience working within a HR Assistant/Administration/Advisor position
- Understanding of GDPR and employment legislation, and how this translates into practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate across all levels of the business
