Salary: £ 25,0000 gross per annum (£20 per hour)

Holiday: 28 days paid holiday per year (5.6 weeks) to include bank holidays - taken during independent school holidays

Hours Required: Monday to Thursday - 1-7pm (6 hours a day) 24 hours a week

Driver: Yes, a driver is required, and a car is provided for use on duty

Summary:

A lovely role with a busy family based near Godalming. They live in an informal, large 6-bedroom Edwardian family home.

Dad sometimes works form home and Mum is home, homeschooling and tutoring.

The role is 70% housekeeping and 30% childcare. A cleaning team is also employed.

Duties will include:

• Friendly supervision of children if needed
• School pick up B15 from school in Weybridge until June 2025 (at 4pm or 6pm)
• Keep house tidy, organised and well presented
• Dishwasher & washing up management
• Kitchen worktops and sink kept clean
• Make beds on days cleaners do not work
• Change children's bedding once a week
• All laundry
• Wardrobe management
• Online shopping unpacking
• Set table for supper
• Weekly fridge cleaning
• Take out bins for collection
• Help with supper prep, making healthy afternoon snacks for children and occasional cooking family suppers from recipe box
• During school holidays tackle periodic HK tasks e.g. polish silver, clean faux flowers, organise cupboards etc

You will be:

• Happy to help, with a positive attitude.
• Have very high standards of housekeeping with an eye for detail and 5* presentation
• Happy for family to be around and to work around us with a happy disposition
• Nonsmoker, calm, reliable and confidentially are a must.
• Happy to work independently and in a supportive role with Lady of the house and additional cleaners
• Confident driver with clean driving licence
• Kind, patient, interested in the children
