Cooper Recruitment are delighted to be working with a national IPAF training provider delivering courses all over the UK. Due to customer demand, they are now looking for trainee IPAF instructors

Your typical day will look like this:

  • Learning to deliver high-quality training courses to customers.
  • Register course details with governing bodies.
  • Recording candidate details and updating the company database
  • Professional handling of customer enquiries and offering advice on equipment needs.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
  • Identifying sales opportunities and ensuring that leads are passed to relevant departments.

This role will excite a person who:

  • 36 months of MEWP operating experience
  • Heald IPAF licence for a minimum of 6 months
  • Held IPAF demonstrator licence for a minimum of 3 months.
  • IPAF MEWPs for managers course completed.
  • Evidence of acceptable instructional techniques training (3-day minimum)
  • Successful completion of an approved harness instructor course
  • Evidence of HSE required standard for first aid at work.
