We have an exciting opportunity for a Cleaner/Caretaker to work in our lovely School in Green Hammerton CE Primary School – York.

Working for NYC as a Cleaner, you will be responsible for the cleaning duties on site including dusting, vacuuming and the cleaning of sanitary fittings.

Full training will be provided, and the hours are 3 per day with some flexibility on start and finish time and totalling to 15 per week over 5 days. Cleaning hours can be all completed on an evening between 3:30pm and 6:30pm with no weekend work. For this you will be paid £12.00 per hour.

In addition to this we can offer the additional Caretaker responsibilities of locking the site after the cleaning shift, filling up consumables and carrying out fire alarm and emergency light checks.

For this we will pay you an additional £12.00 to £12.39 per hour based on 5 hrs per week.
