Perhaps the UK's leading Defendant Insurance practices - with a network of offices across the UK - has an exciting opportunity for an RTA Small Claims Paralegal to join the Defendant Motor department in Liverpool.
As an experienced Paralegal/Fee Earner (ideally from a defendant background but those with claimant experience are encouraged to apply and will be given equal consideration) you'll have responsibility for your own caseload of litigated Motor/RTA claims (including Small Claims, some Fast Track claims and MOJ files) which you'll handle from instruction through to completion on behalf of your insurer clients.
Your new role will see you working closely with the wider Defendant Motor team, and you'll be fully supported by Team Leaders and Heads of Department to progress and further your career.
As an experienced Fee Earner/Paralegal you will:
Assess the liability of each claimNegotiate with clients and Third-Party SolicitorsHave great time management and organisationHit/meet your set performance targets and KPIsEnsure compliance with the SRA Code of ConductYou will be rewarded with a competitive salary in line with your previous experience along with an extensive benefits package. #G2PS
