The London IP practice sits within the firm's market-leading disputes practice, with technology disputes being a key and significant area of growth. The London IP practice is currently working on several significant patent disputes, spanning life sciences and technology in particular. The group has acted on some of the most valuable, complex and important IP disputes for a range of innovative clients.
Candidates will have one to four years of practice experience in IP disputes and Patent Litigation in particular.
A science background is desirable, but not essential.
