We're looking for a Validation Engineer based out of our Lomondgate Manufacturing Site.

Create development test/validation plans (DVP) based on high level requirements specified by engineering and product line teams. Establish & co-ordinate requirements to execute validation plan considering test facility set up, equipment, instrumentation, procedures and training. Co-ordinate effective execution of DVP with Development Test Engineers. Document test/validation process and results. Analyse results to establish conformance against agreed requirements and generate reports to be shared with engineering and product line teams. Support validation projects at Manufacturing, operations sites/depots and other facilities including vendor locations. Establish a reputation for expert technical advice. You'll have the following skills and experience: Experience in a product validation, development, test or design role. Understanding of engineering and test processes and an appreciation of commercial constraints. Experience with controls platforms and applications such as DEIF, DSE control systems (desired). Availability to travel, within Europe or in intercontinental trips. Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills - communicates clearly and effectively with all levels of stakeholders (internal and external) Systems thinker who can create methods of testing which simulate 'real world' operating conditions and challenge current methods based on emerging technology. Breadth of vision to balance the needs of reliability, maintainability and efficient performance within the commercial and packaging constraints. Ability to understand the needs of the end user.
