Salary: £42,132

What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering defined work packages/tasks to cost/schedule/quality targets
  • Monitoring and reporting project/programme performance for schedule, technical, financial, and quality objectives
  • Leading problem-solving sessions to pro-actively overcome project issues and risks
  • Establishing and maintaining customer/supplier relationships maintaining regular communications & managing expectations
  • Taking responsibility for achieving customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring that work packages/tasks adhere to the Operational Framework and LCM Mandates
  • Supporting the creation of proposals for follow on tasks / work packages

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Experience in either Project Management or Engineering and knowledge of the PM lifecycle
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and to complete to schedule, cost, and quality

Desirable:

  • Formal training in Project Management/Programme Management
  • Experience of working in a safety-critical manufacturing environment

The Product Development team:

As a Project Professional, you'll have the chance to work on exciting development projects, managing a diverse array of small projects and work packages. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you'll engage with customers, showcasing your exceptional communication skills and understanding of how your contributions align with our Heavy Munitions objectives.
