Leaders in Care are offering £44/h for this role.
This role offers a great worklife balance, as this council operate using a hybrid working model, and offer the opportunities for a flexible working. In this role you don't have to worry about being overworked with a heavy caseload Their longstanding senior management team ensure a manageable workload, in a relaxed and supportive working atmosphere. You'll also be joining a close-knit team known for their strong support for one another.
In this position, you'll be working directly with children and families, handling child in need cases, ongoing care proceedings, and assessments. Your experience in safeguarding will be essential in determining the best interventions to support the well-being of all the children and families involved in the service.
As this is a statutory role, you do require a social work qualification & registration to Social Work England.
We offer immediate starts with flexible long-term contracts available. But not to worry, this council will wait up to 6 weeks for the right person.
