We are seeking Assistant Managers who are ready to evolve with us and contribute to our achievements.



As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee the operations of the restaurant and play a crucial role in driving revenue and profits. Your responsibilities will include nurturing your team to deliver outstanding guest care and service, managing costs, upholding brand standards, ensuring top-tier food quality, fostering team spirit, and providing guests with a unique experience, all of which are vital to your success.



Here's what we are looking for:

  • Implementing brand standards and policies with a focus on operations
  • Consistently delivering exceptional guest service that sets industry benchmarks
  • Prior experience with restaurant openings is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Adherence to brand standards, employee scheduling, and task assignments to meet operational needs
  • Strict compliance with Food Safety and Health/Hygiene regulations
  • Staying informed about trends in the hospitality sector, understanding upcoming guest initiatives, and keeping an eye on competitors' activities
  • Placing the guest at the core of all operational decisions
  • Proficiency in P&L management, budgeting, and payroll handling
  • Effective management of stock levels and availability
  • Controlling all manageable costs to ensure operational profitability
  • Analyzing weekly sales data
  • Implementing and enforcing personnel policies and procedures in alignment with GDK brand standards to maintain operations
  • Providing team members with excellent management guidance through training, development, and leadership
  • Creating a safe, secure, and healthy environment for both team members and guests
  • Enhancing performance management and fostering loyalty among restaurant team members through coaching, development, and disciplinary actions when required
  • Providing training to enhance the skills of all team members and using cross-training methods to boost productivity and promote continuous learning
  • Keeping colleagues updated on business performance, new initiatives, and addressing any issues to drive improved results
  • Focusing on guest satisfaction and promptly addressing guest concerns when needed
  • Identifying present and future guest needs by building relationships with potential and existing customers and educating others to understand service expectations
