About the Role:
As a Breakfast Chef, you will play a crucial role in crafting delicious breakfasts that set the tone for our guests' day. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing and cooking breakfast dishes with a focus on local ingredients
  • Maintaining an efficient and organized kitchen operation
  • Ensuring the delivery of exceptional breakfast experiences
  • Upholding the culinary standards of PoB Hotels
Key Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have:
  • A passion for culinary excellence and attention to detail
  • Experience in breakfast preparation and cooking
  • A focus on using local and high-quality ingredients
  • The ability to work efficiently and deliver exceptional dishes
  • An understanding of British heritage in cuisine
