  • Salary Range: £18,201 F.T.E (£20.06 p/hr) to £37,130,864 F.T.E (£34.62 p/hr)

Warwickshire Music is the leading provider of music education in Warwickshire and oversees the Warwickshire Music Hub. Teaching over 12,000 pupils weekly, we offer instrumental, vocal, and class music lessons in schools and community music centers, alongside a variety of ensembles for children & young people in Warwickshire.

About the role:

In response to increased demand for lessons, we are seeking instrumental teachers to teach 1-1, group, and whole class lessons. We are especially interested in multi-instrumentalists and Suzuki trained teachers. Teaching mainly occurs during the school day and occasionally extends to 7.00 p.m. at Area Music Centres.

We are seeking committed, enthusiastic musicians and teachers who can inspire pupils with clarity, conviction, and sensitivity. You should be organized, skilled in technology, open to new ideas, ambitious for professional development, and able to work independently and as part of a team dedicated to children's musical growth and safeguarding.

Teacher Pay:

Payscale ranges from £20.06 to £29.95 per hour depending on teaching type and experience, reaching up to £34.62 per hour for whole-class teaching. Payment is monthly, and teaching hours may fluctuate based on demand. Travel expenses are covered, and teachers have access to the Teacher Pension Scheme.
