Family Solicitor

Our client is a well-established full service Legal 500 law firm servicing both business and private client areas of law with 5 branches through the South East region. The firm is currently recruiting a Family Solicitor (3 + PQE) to join the Family department of its Banbury office.

This is a successful and growing firm of Solicitors and the Department prides itself on the professional, sympathetic and efficient service it provides.

The work will include a mixed caseload of divorce and separation, cohabitation agreements, financial settlements, mediation, civil partnerships, pre/post nuptial agreements and Children Law matters.

You will deal with purely privately funded work (including high net worth financial cases) and you should ideally be a member of Resolution. You will be encouraged to participate in actively growing the Department as well as develop your own skills and career path.
