My client is a highly regarded and established law firm located in the heart of Harrogate. With a commitment to delivering exceptional legal services, they are seeking a skilled and experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their dynamic team and play a pivotal role in resolving a wide range of legal disputes for clients.

Job Description: As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you will manage and represent clients in a variety of legal disputes, offering expert legal advice, and striving for favourable resolutions. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases, providing invaluable legal support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and represent clients in various dispute resolution matters, including commercial and property disputes.Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on the strengths and weaknesses of their cases.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.Attend court hearings, mediations, and negotiations on behalf of clients.Work closely with clients to keep them informed about the progress of their cases and address their concerns.Collaborate with other legal professionals and support staff within the firm.Maintain accurate and organised case records and documentation.
Qualifications:
