Job Description Hospitality - Office & Events Assistant Location King's Lynn :

Happy Valley is a rural venue attracting those who love the great outdoors and festival style weddings and events alongside glamping getaways. It is a hands on role throughout the year. A beautiful setting to work in. Also part of a working farm. Must be prepared to put on wellies and get stuck in when needed. This role is admin heavy yet will include elements of assisting the site team if needed on changeover days.

We are looking for someone who is focused and can work independently and also as part of a growing team here at the wilderness venue of Happy Valley in North West Norfolk. We are looking for someone to grow alongside the business.

Can work around school hours - flexible

Good knowledge of Microsoft office, invoicing, good with maths, computer literate, able to use Photoshop, Canva, social media etc

Excellent email and phone manner.

Customer Relations.

Admin, Invoicing & booking systems.

Site tours.

Responding to glamping and wedding/event enquiries.

Marketing - Social media and blogging (written language skills essential).

Hospitality experience would be great but not essential.

Interests would include, glamping/camping, great outdoors, event planning, music events, festivals, family ....

Must be able to drive - rural location

10-20 hours a week

Saturday work (no more than 15 a year)

This is a role working within a small close-knit team. It's a lifestyle choice for someone who appreciates a family run business rather than a corporate work environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £11.50-£12.00 per hour
