Training:

What you will need/Non-Negotiables:
- Proven track record in impacting children's lives.
- NVQ Level 3 In Children and Young People's Workforce.
- LEVEL 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
- Minimum 2 years supervising and managing staff.
- Recent Ofsted Inspections grade of "Good" or "Outstanding".
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Residential Childcare.
- Valid driving licence.
