Job Description:

The Tactical Communication (TCOM) division is seeking a mechanically minded and detail-driven Integrated Logistics Support Engineer to join our team in delivering customer maintainability solutions and Integrated Logistics Support deliverables for L3Harris UK MOD Programs. The ILS Analyst will join the team in working closely with program management, sales, and product support to contribute to the reliability and maintainability analysis, predictions and planning around spares and repairs, while meeting relevant mandates and statutory requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Reliability Centered Maintenance analysis
  • FMECA activities
  • Supportability analysis
  • R&M spares modelling
  • Asset management for deployed assets
  • Attendance at LSC (Logistics Support Committee)
  • NATO codification
  • Provide ILS support as required during the OSM phase
  • Create and maintain a Logistic Information Repository

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • A minimum of four years of experience in Integrated Logistics Support, Tactical Communications, Technical Writing, Technical or Maintenance Training, or closely related role

Preferred Skills

  • UK MOD logistics and/or maintenance experience highly preferred
  • Awareness of ILS and Support Engineering topics and practices
  • Above average proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Microsoft Access, Tableau, and database programs a plus
  • Proven ability to assess and understand complex technical products, their components, and integrated systems
  • Experience operating Tactical Radios, SATCOM terminals, or related technology
  • Analysing and allocating specification requirements, writing specifications
  • Reliability analysis and prediction, maintainability analysis and prediction
  • Preparation of Logistic Information Repository / Logistic Support Analysis Record
  • Preparation of ILS plans, analysis reports and associated documentation
  • Preparation of ILS bid documentation
  • Level of Repair Analysis, Spares and repairs modelling
  • Knowledge & experience of Technical Publications, both AESPs & IETP
