We will rely on you to:

  • Identification and implementation of required enablement strategies across all segments, working closely with our proposition and marketing team to ensure all sales and growth teams are equipped to take our propositions to market.
  • Maximising our use of client analytics to support throughout the client lifecycle and drive insights covering product and solution penetration, clients at risk and bids – to reduce clients at risk and increase bid win rate.

What can you expect?

This Senior Engagement Manager role requires a proven background in product and proposition packaging and communications. This role is responsible for proposition enablement and building market-centric communications for our award-winning employee benefits software Darwin, through a broad range of activities across the proposition mix, as well as enabling our commercial colleagues across MMB and MMC, to ensure we are maximising knowledge, engagement and sales to proposition alignment.

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will work closely with the commercial marketing, product, proposition, sales and client account teams as well as third party agencies and media partners in the design, delivery and measurement of proposition communications, engagement communications and training materials that support company revenue and client satisfaction goals. It is a new team with lots of opportunity to drive real change across the business. Initially this role with have one direct report.

What you need to have:

  • Ability to manage the dynamic environment of a rapidly growing technology business with strong capabilities in planning and management of short and long term projects
  • Excellent writing skills, with high attention to detail of both content and presentation impact, and ability to work to and apply branding guidelines
  • Strong stakeholder management, ability to influence and communicate persuasively to our management team, clients, partners and prospects
  • High comfort level in reporting and analysis including presenting to senior leaders
  • Well-developed business sense and professional skills which enable you to help us make the right decisions for our business
  • Strong internal drive and determination which enables you to thrive in a changing, fluid organisation
  • Commercial outlook and understanding of client and channel needs
