We have an exciting opening for an experienced Legal Professional/Paralegal to join the Serious Injury team in Fieldfisher's Birmingham office.

This is a great opportunity to gain exposure within all aspects of running a Personal Injury case.

This role will include, but won't be limited to:

Managing the request of records and documentary evidence (medical / educational / police / CCTV) and taking ownership of all follow up - , diarising, chasing, keeping trackers suitably updated etc

Preparing first draft of schedules of loss - formatting the document, adding relevant background information/narrative and setting out past losses

Preparing expenses trackers and keeping them up to date, managing expense receipts from clients and ensuring prompt reimbursement.

Assisting with rehab file updates and management of rehab payments where extra support required (e.g. on a particularly rehab heavy case)

Assisting with monitoring client funds on account and preparation of interim payment requests, and applications to Court where necessary.

Collating evidence from clients. E.g. Loss of Earnings evidence, tabling and getting into a useful format with summary
